- Consumer Guarantees: Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
- Change of Mind Returns: If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer a return within 15 days of purchase, provided that:
- The product is returned in its original condition, including packaging and any accessories.
- The product has not been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) is provided.
- Faulty or Defective Products: If the product is faulty or defective, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair. Please contact us within a reasonable time frame from the date of purchase, and we will arrange for the return and assessment of the product. We may request photographic evidence or other documentation to assess the issue.
- How to Initiate a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@casesnoot.com.au to obtain a Return Reference.
- Clearly mark the Return Reference on the outside of the package when returning the product.
- Ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed faulty or defective.
- Refunds and Processing:
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or via store credit.
- Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
- Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- Exclusions: This returns policy does not apply to products that have been customized or modified to your specifications, unless they are faulty or defective.
This returns policy is in addition to your rights under the ACL and does not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
